Holbun

I saw this delightfully strange outfit and I wanted try drawing it on my own. Anyway, just an explanation: this drawing is old and displays the early outfit design (reference posted below). Holbun's dress looks a bit different now. As for her eyes, the Sailor Moon eye stylization is something I wanted to try for a change. (PS: I'm very curious of the series remake).
