When I stopped eating dairy I got rid of cystic acne. My acne wasn't extreme like some poor folks', but I did look like Harvey Dent sometimes. I don't eat fast food, highly-processed food products, sweets and all that crap, but getting rid of dairy did the thing. Even if I occasionally have some dairy in disguise, like in soup for example, two or three small pimples that appear later are nowhere near as bad as they used to be.
Makes me wonder if milk is healthy at all and what the hell are they adding to it.
